To create buzz for Molly Brook, we focused on two main targets—Millennial couples from Wayne, NJ looking to strike out on their own, and empty nesters yearning to simplify their lives. For further engagement, our name leveraged a local landmark, the Molly Ann Brook—a body of water that helped the troops during the Revolutionary War. A historic story that became a catalyst for our overall branding and tagline.
