The wheels were in motion for unionization at JetBlue, and the economy carrier needed a digital dialogue with their employees – instantly. With only a 72-hour turnaround time from engagement to launch, we created a custom WordPress website with mobile web compatibility. JetBluefacts.com became an online destination, where pilots and crewmembers could easily click into information, election updates, and managements’ point of view.

Virgin America is an economy carrier providing low-fare, high-quality service for long-haul point-to-point service between major metropolitan cities on the Eastern and Western seaboards. Through our partnership with MWW Group, we were tasked with creating a complete CMS-based website and mobile site directed at Virgin’s flight attendants. The site provided information regarding an upcoming vote to join the Transport Workers Union. The project required a super-fast turnaround and was completed within four days. The client’s goals were not only met, but the quick effort turned the tide, resulting in a favorable vote for our client!
