Bergman Real Estate Group was looking for a new way to motivate their brokers. Tickets to premium sporting events, like the NFL Championship Game and Olympics was highly effective. To keep the brokers excited and engaged, Results Advertising created a contest based on selling the most square footage for a certain period of time. Elements involved in this integrated multi-channel program included print ads, special events – like the meet & greet with Hall of Famer, NY Giants linebacker Harry Carson – posters, email blasts and branded premium items.
