The unusual tone and manor of Kennedy Funding’s print advertising helped firmly establish them as the largest private lender in the country with over $2.5 billion in closed loans. They quickly developed a reputation for fast closings on large (and difficult) loans…the kind traditional lenders won’t even touch. The campaign cut through the monotony of typical financial advertising and effectively built brand recognition for Kennedy and their unique approach to lending.
