Stuyvesant Fuel Corp. heats up its marketing efforts by choosing Results Advertising

Though the company began by delivering ice, Stuyvesant Fuel Corporation has become known for keeping thousands upon thousand of New York City area homes and businesses warm. To help maintain and expand their position as one of the leading independent distributors of heating oil and natural gas, the Bronx-based company has chosen Results Advertising to lead it marketing efforts, including the development of a new print advertising campaign.

With the current state of the economy—their segment of the market in particular—it’s more important than ever for Stuyvesant to reinforce their image and leverage the brand equity they’ve developed throughout their long history,” comments David Green, president of Results. He added, “They’ve got a great story to tell—building the company from a small startup to what it is today. They’ve got hundreds of employees, a fleet of trucks, a state-of-the-art 22-million gallon deep-water oil terminal.”

The Marketing Team from Stuyvesant includes Craig Rosenman, a fourth-generation descendant of the company’s founder, along with VPs Lou Romano and Jim Slattery.
