“Real people” behind powerful marketing for Blue Hill Plaza office complex
Results Advertising is behind a revolutionary new approach to marketing Blue Hill Plaza, a Rockland County, NY office complex comprising 1.1 million square feet of class A office space. For a full week, tenants were able to enter “The Think Tank,” a video booth set up in the complex’s atrium, and share their unscripted thoughts on life at Blue Hill Plaza. The video testimonials will be the basis for a television and viral campaign scheduled to begin in fall of 2010.

The complex is owned by a partnership of Westchester County-based Robert Martin Company and Glorious Sun, based in Hong Kong and Manhattan.
