We are seeking a versatile freelance Copywriter to work on-site in our Bergen County office. We are looking for big thinkers with agency experience to create multi-faceted campaigns consisting of: digital, print and video. You can write strategic, compelling and juicy copy with provocative headlines.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with designers, art directors and creative directors
- Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development and creative execution
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts
- Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control
Required Skills:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a copywriter in an agency environment including 360˚ campaigns
- Creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
- Understanding of Digital trends and technologies
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles
- Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences
- Strong experience with strategic brainstorming and campaign development
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience developing effective content strategy and user experience architecture as a writer
